The long aniticapated Bigibila Merlot is well worth the wait. Dense in colour, it is strikingly opaque - a deep garnet. Nose of liquorice, blackberry and hits of coffee bean. The palate delivers what the nose promised, showing blackberry with a line of minerality and a savoury finish. Enjoy immediately or cellar until 2030.
