2017 Shiraz

The Bigibila Shiraz shows a clear deep garnet colour and a meaty, masculine nose, with blackberry and a hint of eucalypt. 
 
The palate displays the terroir beautifully, with the minerality shining through and a ripe and briary finish with a herbal edge.
 
First class oak and lovely, structured tannins make an exquisitely balanced Pyrenees Shiraz. 
 
Will drink well until 2043. ABV: 14.3%
