2018 Cabernet Franc

Quite frankly, a serious Franc!
 
The dark inky colour welcomes aromatic scents of red currants, spice and cedar.
The generous mouthfeel is redolent with red fruits and charcuterie amid clean tannins with a smooth oak and pepper finish. A powerful and textured style, while offering complexity and balance.
This wine pairs well with cured meats, spring lamb and big creamy cheeses. 
Compelling now and perfectly suited to further positive development in the bottle.
Aged on French Oak for 18 months.
