Bigibila Wedding Experiences.

Celebrate your special day among the vines in a relaxed country setting. 

 

At Bigibila, we believe your wedding should feel effortless, intimate, and unforgettable. Each of our wedding experiences is designed to showcase the beauty of our vineyard while letting you focus on celebrating with your loved ones.

 

All of our experiences include the following as standard:

  • A custom-built archway overlooking the vines for your ceremony, registry table, and chairs for the bride and groom, plus white Americana chairs for your guests.

  • A reception at the Cellar Door (indoor and outdoor areas are available), with private access to the venue and gardens. Fairy lights to set the magical evening ambiance.

  • Comfortable casual furniture.

  • Glassware for the occasion.

  • Playlist music to suit your style.

  • Bartenders and staff to ensure your day runs smoothly.

 

What’s Not Included: The following items are the responsibility of the wedding party, though we are happy to work alongside you or your chosen professionals or make recommendations:

  • Wedding planner

  • Celebrant

  • Flowers and floral arrangements

  • Wedding cake

  • Live music or DJs

  • Photography

  • Transport

  • Accommodation

Wedding Packages:

 

Package 1: Cocktail Wedding – Up to 70 guests

  • Friday, Saturday, or Sunday from 2pm

  • Venue Hire: $3,000

  • Catering:    $45-$75 per person. *

 

Package 2: Cocktail Wedding – 70 to 120 guests

  • Friday, Saturday, or Sunday from 2pm

  • Venue Hire: $3,500

  • Catering:    $45-$75 per person. *

 

Package 3: Sit Down Dining – Up to 50 guests seated in the cellar door.

  • Friday, Saturday, or Sunday from 2pm

  • Venue Hire: $3,000

  • Catering:    From $70 per person. *

     

Package 4: Sit Down Dining – 50 to 150 guests

  • Friday, Saturday, or Sunday from 2pm

  • Venue Hire: $3,500

  • Catering:    From $70 per person. *

  • 10m x 10m Marquee Hire: $5,000 each (The marquee hire charge is in addition to venue hire. Each marquee seats approximately 80 guests comfortably.)

 

Package 5: Ceremony and Photography Only - No Reception: $2000

 

Optional Marquee Hire: The marquees are also available to hire with any package upon request. In the event of inclimate weather, a request will need to be made at least one week prior to the wedding.

  • 10m x 10m Pagoda Tents: $5,000 each (two available)

  • 6m x 6m Pagoda Tents: $2000 each (two available)

*Wedding catering options and menus are available upon request.

Bigibila Birthdays and Functions.

Celebrate the big ones with us — 40ths, 50ths, 60ths and everything worth raising a glass to. Our deck overlooking the vines is a relaxed, welcoming place to gather family and friends, surrounded by native gardens and 100-year-old ironbark trees.

Share a proper feed from the wood-fired ovens, enjoy generous pours of our estate-grown reds, and settle in for an enjoyable evening under the fairy lights.

 

We can cater for up to 150 people and we’re happy to plan the menu with you. Slow cooked meats with sides, served canapé style or sit down dining - $30 per person.

 

We have a fully stocked fridge featuring beer, cider, soft drinks, white wine and bubbly, and we're licensed until 11pm. Drinks at bar prices. (Strictly no BYO.)

 

Bookings require a minimum of 20 people for an day-time function, or 40 people for an evening event. (For evening functions with less than 40 people a $500 venue hire fee will apply.)
