We are able to offer home delivery on all half dozen and dozen cases to most locations across Australia.
When will I receive my order of Bigibila Wines?
You can expect to receive your wine within 3-10 business days of placing your order.
Please contact the winery on 0425 739 319 if you have not received your order within 10 days.

How much does delivery cost?
A flat rate of $15 a case is applied to all 6 bottle cases and 12 bottle cases of wine, to most locations across Australia. If we cannot deliver to you for a reasonable rate, we may be in contact with you to come to an alternative arrangement for your delivery.

Who will deliver my wine?
We use a courier company Fastway to deliver your wine to most locations in Australia. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. To remote locations, Fastway will occasionally use on-forwarding local freight companies. If Fastway cannot deliver to your area, we will utilise Australia Post, but this may incur extra charges.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and direct deposit. You are also welcome to place a phone order using your credit card.

Are my financial details secure on your site?
Credit card details are not stored by Bigibila Wines. Credit card details are processed and stored by EWAY, our payment gateway service provider.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time before the payment for your order has been processed.

Can I authorise you to leave my order in a safe place if I am not at home?
You can authorise us to leave your parcel in a safe place, however we cannot leave it with someone under the age of 18, and it is an offence for a minor to purchase or receive liquor. (Please see our terms and conditions for further information.)
What is your returns policy?
If our wine is delivered to you damaged, please do not accept delivery and contact the winery. If damaged wine has been left for you please contact the winery immediately on 0425 739 319 and we will arrange to have it picked up and replaced. We now use twist caps on all of our wine bottles, so we are pleased to report that our spoilage rate is 0%. We do not accept returns because you have changed your mind, so please select your wine carefully.
