Tasting notes: 2018 Wyatt's: A wine that demands attention! A deep and brooding crimson colour that heralds wafts of dark plums, chocolate and blackcurrant aromas. The velvety palate adds black fruits, charcuterie and spice underpinned by long supportive tannins. A bold yet balanced style, well suited to accompany a perfectly grilled rib eye or slow cooked beef brisket, finishing with a dark chocolate and ginger desert. Compelling now and perfectly suited to further positive development in the bottle. Drink until 2050.
Aged on American Oak for 24 months.
